Orders placed from Nov 1st, 2022, until Dec 15th, 2022 (“Offer Period”) are eligible for return within 60 days of the delivery date, subject to these terms and conditions. Orders placed after the Offer Period are eligible for Gozlan’s 30-day return policy. Please see the return guidelines below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
• No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

 

All below items are non-returnable:

• Engraved and monogrammed products
• Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment
• Gift cards

For purchases made on gozlanjewelry.com, you can return your purchases online and in-store.

IN-STORE & BUY ONLINE, PICKUP IN-STORE PURCHASE
These orders can be returned in-store only. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. If you are unable to visit a retail location, please email info@gozlanjewelry.com.

The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (in stock, shipping later or made-to-order) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.

In Stock
It's in our facilities and ready for a new home! In Stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days from the purchase date. Kindly note that in-stock engraved and monogrammed items usually ship within 8 business days from the purchase date.

Shipping Later
We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it, and your order will be added in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Made to order (including engravings and monograms)
Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly. These pieces include our Milestone collection (engagement rings and wedding bands), engravables and monogrammed pieces.
